Pick Release Form

Allow users to query orders based on customer specific requirements and perform all pick release functions within a single form.  Easily view the available quantities for an order and resolve potential backorders before they occur.  See the current status of the order in a user-defined fashion with orders highlighted according to their status.  Review an item summary of all ordered items queried.  Initiate replenishment requests from within the form to expedite the fulfillment process.  Perform actions such as auto-create delivery and trip, firm delivery, view holds, pick release and backorder.  Print shipping labels, pick-by labels and documentation.

Pick Confirm Form

Process the pick confirmation (load and drop) for containerized tasks or any loaded picking tasks. Select records to pick confirm efficiently utilizing built-in form functions that allow users to select the exact tasks to pick confirm. Pack to a pallet LPN and process the pick confirmation for all selected tasks with the click of a single button. Print shipping labels, pallet labels and documentation based on customer specific logic. Eliminate thousands of redundant scans and keystrokes for high volume orders, consolidate all picking and packing functions and generate all necessary documentation from within the same form.

Replenishment Form

Automate the min-max replenishment process. Launch the request set for min-max planning and the move order pick slip from within the form. Query and review all generated replenishment tasks. Packing Station Form

Enable users to change the system suggestions for cartonization, pack to a pallet LPN and perform pick confirmation. Print or reprint shipping and pallet labels as well as any required shipping documents.
